I just did the Dawn-caly bar-Zaino treatment on my Jet Black '99 740iL and nothing has ever looked better on any car I've ever done, including the previous three black ones. I've used many polishes over the years and all of them are at least as much work as Zaino. It's even better than Zymol, which I used for years on my black 635 CSi.
