back in 1975, great car and easy to maintain.
In the year 2002 BMW Mobile Tradition made a special campaign worldwide for the 2002, and there were meeting worldwide. I attended the meeting in Japan and made a report on the 7-forum on that. According to the chaps from Germany from Mobile Tradition that was after USA the second biggest meeting worldwide, more than 100 2002 and plus a lot of 2002 Turbo, in excellent condition.

And yes, I got the #1 trophy by the jury from Headquarters Mobile Tradition for the best looking, original E32 7 series in the competition.
"Very difficult", my car was the only E32 in the competiton ;-)
No other E32 there on the meeting.
