Apple had an issue with the BT stack in the original iPhone release that caused BMW to produce the 13th generation ULF specifically to address the iPhone. However Apple released the OS 2.2 update that corrected the BT problem. After that, the iPhone was compatible with most (if not all) ULF modules.

Similarly, I suspect that the iPhone with a current OS is compatible with all TCU modules. I know from reading a lot of posts that the iPhone is compatible with most of the newer TCU modules. So, I suspect that it is compatible with TCU PN 84.10-6 963 798, even though I have not read a confirming post.
