Subject: ah yes, the top bolt....

That one is the biggest pain in the ass to break loose. I think I had a U joint and a wobble extension on the torx to get to that one. I had about 4 or 5 extensions on it so you can get it from the top. If you dont have anything holding the tranny up, all the weight of the tranny is pretty much sitting on that bolt, aside from the inputshaft of course. Jack the tranny up so its not sitting on the bolt and send the extentions in over the top of the tranny from the back, and guide it in from the side with your hand. Its kind of a stretch and really annoying dealing with all the extensions, but i think thats how you can get to it. Just make sure the torx is all the way on and on tight, the heads are pretty easy to round if you dont have the socket on all the way. I didn't have to move the engine around to get my tranny out.
