Here is a post to a nav computer buyer's guide. It has some example pictures of the MKIII. You can positively identify it just from the face. Notice the curved eject button on the left and the absence of the "DVD" logo on the front. No other nav computer looks like this. (The MKIV looks identical, but it has the "DVD" logo on the front.
