As others said, you have a staggered setup and the tire companies (tire rack, discount tire, etc., or even you local shop) should have no trouble selling you a staggered set. Anyone who insists you have to buy 4 of the same sizes, stay away.

The best brands for the buck include Toyo Proxes and Kumho Escata ASXs. They are half the price of the likes of Michelin and Bridgestone but 95%-100% of the quality.

And don't take Claudio's offer to exchange (I think he's kidding...). Since this is your 1st post, I make the assumption you have yet to discover how much cravings there are among E38 owners with non-M PARs style wheels to get a set. Even in used condition, they retail for between $800-$1000 when basketweaves can be had for $200-$400 per set of 4.
