regarding your request I have to inform you that as BMW has reached an agreement with GETRAG, we are not able to support you with any detailed information or parts. Transmissions, exchange transmissions and spare parts as well as drawings are exclusively available from the distribution organizations of the car manufactures as the transmission are developed in the name of BMW. For this please contact your local BMW dealer. He should be able to get in contact with BMW Tradition for you. BMW Tradition is a service of BMW AG for older car models. Maybe they can help you with information.

but when the local bmw suplyer here dont have anything on the tranny and are not much willing to help us guys with old parts it aint easy...
