You would have to physically locate the Bluetooth module in your car and then disconnect the plug. After you disconnect it, turn the car on and test the radio to make sure it is normal again. If so, turn the car off, wait for the car electronics to go back to "sleep," and then reconnect the Bluetooth module. Finally, turn the car back on and test the radio.

You will have to do some disassembly in the trunk area to reach the Bluetooth module. It is easy, but different for each car model.

The other thing I would do is delete all paired phones from the system. Follow these steps.
1) Turn the ignition off
2) Push and hold the pairing button
3) Turn the ignition on while continuing to hold the pairing button for another 3 seconds
3) This should put the Bluetooth system in pairing mode.
4) Push and hold hte pairing button again for about 10 seconds
5) This should clear all paired devices from the car.
