Man -- can't understand people who do this kinda thing. I mean, talk about stupid.
Remember the kid in Singapore who got kaned for spray painting some cars. We should institute this punishment here in the US for vandalism etc. Although, in your case the guy(s) deserve more than just a couple of leashes.
