I have spent most of the day searching (yes I am retired), here and elsewhere, for alternative bushes for the front thrust arms on the E32 740iL. My "new" arms with bushes have excessive movement after 4 months, the RH being more than the LH, and on a RHD car it should be the other way around.

YES, I did pre-load them when installed.

I have found some listed on "Powerflex UK", but not sure of the quality. Found some others on "Nolathane Australia", for E34, but they are confused about E32, OK.

Has anybody used other than OE, and if so what brand, etc etc. The OE are a pain to fit every 4 months, unless, of course I just got "bad bushes"????.

Any words of wisdom would be nice.
