Although you are right about the power outputs being roughly the same what i would do before install is port and polish the intake and exhaust and do any other cheap mods you can do yourself without wasting money on something that may not work. I have been planning this undertaking too, and the problem with the V8 is that other then a chip and SC youll never make a powerhouse out of it but the V12 has plenty of stuff for it. Hope to here about this project in the future and if i get to start it soon enough mabye we can help each other.
