Already prepared last Saturday the headliner from one of our parts cars = removing the old fabric and removing all the old crumbled or gummed foam behind the fabric.
We have done that quite often meanwhile. Many E32, E34 and E31 drivers in Japan buy the headliner material from us,(no material available in Japan, dealer just sells the expensive headliner complete) I still have a roll of about 30 meters length here (about 150 cm wide), imported from Germany. All grey, as used in my 1989 750 and mostly used here.
