handling ('like a Mustang') -- has the reviewer actually driven a Mustang? Lately?

steering ('like wood') -- some 7-series cars came with wooden steering wheels. Has the reviewer ever driven a car with a "wooden" steering system?

suspension ('like a set of old tea bags'), etc. - I've never seen a suspension that used old tea bags, so how would the reviewer know what a suspension using them would feel like?

Jeez, it's like breaking out a dictionary and a thesaurus. for a late George Will column.

People who write like this obviously don't know how to review an automobile. Where was that reviewer's last job -- Consumer Reports? Now that we're on the subject of people who don't know how to review an automobile.....
