pooled around all the plugs such that the lug boots are damaged, odds ar you have oil leaking inot the cylinders (all of them) and fouling the plugs.

Change the VCGs, clean out the oil, and change the plugs. I'll bet on examination you will see signs of oil fouling on every plug.
