Subject: Re: which V-belt broke...the AC belt or the waterpump/alternator belt?

I didn't know there WERE two belts. I just hurried over to Pepboys after calling and finding out they had a serpentine. Turns out in their computer they have a serpentine and a V-belt. Once I got there, they told me they only have the V-belt.
Then I call Auto-Zone, they said the car only had one belt (hey, that's what I thought). So I get over there, the guy that told me only one belt was gone. The guy that helped me determined that there ARE two belts, but they are the same???

So, while at pepboys I bought their belt, and at Autozone, I bought another figuring they were the same anyway.

I will finish this up in a new post it it's going to take a sharp turn.....
