The ticking seems like it's due to a failed exhuast manifold gasket. Cylinder 1 has a piece of the gasket sticking out on the side. I'm thinking this may be contributing to rough idle at startup, the ticking, and possibly the 1222.

I checked for vacuum leaks at the intake gaskets, throttle body, AFM and there were none.

I checked for milky residue under the oil filler cap and none was there. I checked for bubbles in the coolant and I did see some but I had also just bled the system again. I'll have to check that again later.

I'm hoping I don't need a head gasket as well as the exhaust manifold gasket.

What do you guys think?
