Hi everyone, been experiencing some problems with my 85 735i's HVAC system. Recently, the entire systems seemed to have died on me as i was driving, no blower motor, and all of the lights on the control palnel went out. Today we ripped the blower motor out cleaned up the contacts and replaced a T fitting on some vacuum lines. After everything was put back the system ran perfectly. Every button worked on the first push with its respective funtion following. I went to go and get gas later that day with it working great and once I started the car back up it was back to before except now the only function that will work is the defroster. Any ideas? I have been scouring the archives will little luck so far and have no clue where to go from here.
