The issues you mention are fairly straight forward to sort out for an E23 enthusiast; but for others, it may tend to scare them off thus narrowing your pool of prospective buyers. And, unfortunately, your typical E23 enthusiast is probably not a large spender :-)

The only published figures I've seen are in the NADA classic section:

I'm not sure how these figures are developed; they are probably on the high side (and for a quick sale, definitely so).
