In my opinion, those issues ARE minor. The front control arms aren't that much and don't take too long to install. The bomb can be swapped out in a few minutes. The HVAC leak sounds like the water valve isn't holding closed anymore, if so, also an easy fix. The struts may seem fine to another driver. The paint looks really nice, plus it's a 745i!! The seats don't look too nice, but those are easily replaced or not so easily redone, if someone feels the need to do so.


If those are the only problems, that's nothing. Of course, most of here usually think of the total job consisting of "while I'm in there" parts which in our minds elevates the repairs to higher levels.

I have no idea what these cars are worth, especially a 745, so ask around, look around and come up with a price that you're confortable with.
Hell, don't you have other stuff to sell? Like big stuff that can't move itself? I'd be screwed if I had a month to move all my car related crap!!!!
