I have used them in my S14 and M50 and S50 cars. I normal do a short oil change after I use em. This way it's not in the crankcase for long eating at seals.

It helped my M50 quiet down with hydralic lifters chattering after running hard at track. I have used them once per an engine. I am glad to see your mileage has increased with the seals in place. I need to get mine done soon.
