Subject: We should have an 'OT Friday'...anyway, I've got 3 of 'em for this knowledgeable

First off... to you frequent travelers out there:

I’m sending my brother and sister-in-law to Cancun for their honeymoon. Well recently I’ve started traveling for my job and... well last year, I just fell short of the minimum miles to be in the Continental One Pass “Elite” thing.
So... there’s no way I can get those miles by buying my brother the ticket?
I have the same question for the hotel. I put them up in the Hyatt and I’m in this Hyatt, Gold Passport club thing where you get points ... Maybe if I put his name as my middle name?
I certainly don’t want to screw up their honeymoon, though over something so silly. Especially with the flight. Anybody ever think about this?

OT#2 For the lawyers:

I had an accident in October. http://www.bimmerboard.com/forums/posts/424794/(I have just liability) I had a stop sign and the lady that hit me did not. But she was doing twice the speed limit. At the time I had to travel for my job and couldn’t devote the time to the situation that I wanted to. Since then I’ve procrastinated taking further action, but it’s eating me up inside. The lady’s insurance never even sent an adjuster out to look at my car, because they felt they had no obligation.
A while ago I sent an e-mail to the insurance co to try to initiate an appeal. I’ve procrastinated following up on that too. (they said to send them evidence, info, etc supporting my claim)
So my question is, is there a statute of limitations on filing a small (or special civil part) claim? This is in NJ.

OT#3 For anyone over 33.

Has anyone else noticed that after a certain age... maybe 33 or so, your body needs a little less sleep? Lately I’ve been able to go to bed at 12 or so and still wake up naturally at 5 something. I still stay in bed til 7 or so, but I’ve been thinking of maybe just going with this and getting up earlier. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Sorry for this post, at least I consolidated them. Maybe we could have an “off-topic day” (like casual Fridays) where people could get out all there OT babblings. Just a thought. :)
-Steve
