If you upgrade to a MKII (I assume you have a MKI) then you would have to have a different Trimble unit (GPS Receiver). If you go to a MKIII all you need is a couple of adapter cables (the 840 and the 219). Otherwise just search ebay (US, UK, DE) for an old MKI type VM.
