The "inspection" message means that the system is telling you that "one" of the inspections is due. It alternates between "inspection 1" and "inspection 2". The second one is similar but more extensive. It is up to you to know which one has been done the last time and therefore which one is due this time.

The "inspection" periods alternate between "oil service" periods - and when you do an inspection it includes an oil change.

Since you are going in for an inspection - which may include coolant change then you should discuss with the service "manager" your concerns about what needs to be done to prevent an overheating or cooling system failure.

Other things to discuss at the same time are brakes since you may also be due for the 2 year brake fluid flush.
