I had replaced my fan about 2yrs ago when it used to overheat.

I have never had a full a/c service. There is a leak somewhere that we refill the gas each yr (and definitely watch pressure).


Another thing is (not sure if related), air never comes out to the passenger side (towards head) unless I do the following trick.

Close all vents except for passenger side, crank fan blower to full until air finally comes out then I open the vent halfway for the driver's side. Someone mentioned checking the ducts, is there a link to show me how to open everything up and look?

Because I usually, as do most people, drive 90% of the time alone that I never would think the problem might be related.
