So I connected the fuel pressure gauge, at idle it reads 45 psi. When I rev the car it keep going DOWN. Changed the fuel filter, but the pump continues to make noise.

Checked the fuel pressure gauge, its doing the same thing. So I started tapping on different components, the fuel pressure regulator was the problem. Part was less than two months old.
