1) Sand 320 with a 3M stick pad that attaches to a drill

2) This will take care of the rust

3) Use bondo where the rust was to fill anything you can

4) Use 320 again to fine it

5) Use 400 to smooth it

6) Use 600 to smooth it even more

take it to the body shop to have it painted

You can use a 3M rust stripper that attaches to the drill anywhere expect the exterior body of the car. On the exterior body do not go lower than 320
