If you have no power to any contact then check the c101 connector outside the fuse box for corrosion.

If you have power to one contact then it's possible that even though the fuse is good it may not be making contact in the fuse box. I found this gap in the contacts to be problematic on some of my fuses. Using a pick to bend the contact to close the gap and lightly sanding them with super fine sand paper fixed my problems.
