Subject: My car's beginning to vibrate at about 80 mph

I remember a post by Shayne which addressed what's wrong when cars vibrate at certain speeds, but I can't find it. The rear brakes were just done, if that's relevant.

I'm driving from CA to FL in about a month and the expenses are already pretty horrible -- how urgent is this job, and what should I expect a mechanic to charge for it? I have precisely no tools as they were lifted from my VW bus a while back, so I'm guessing it's out of my DIY range.

Some help please fellas? Thanks all.
