This was an ePray car. I live near Kansas City and purchased it from someone in Indiana who had bought it for his teenage son to drive. I think the son got bored with it, or so that's their story, and they decided to sell it. The dad thought it needed to be a little more sporty for a teenager and so he had the black and red added over the delphin grey. Interior is original, tan leather and almost as clean as the outside of the car. It has around 130,000 miles on it with no mods to the engine. I have and appointment with the muffler shop to run 2 1/2 inch pipe from the catalytic converter back into a single inlet/dual outlet(3") stainless muffler.
I had an 81 733 with a five speed that was a blast to drive but actually gave it away at 290,000 miles to a local mechanic's assistant that did a lot of work for me. He was down on his luck, needed a car, and at the time I had more cars than sense. Funny how things change!
I love these cars! Every time I get in and start the engine I get a smile on my face. At 80 miles per hours it just glides down the road and you gotta love that! I average 21.6 mpg and I figure for this much fun that's a small price to pay. I've driven one other car that was more fun (I know, there are many more!) and it was an 850CSi. Someday!!!
Philipuk - hope you don't regret asking for more info!
