I like what you have done. You have not sacrificed the look of the interior, and the relative reliability of the factory sound system and have upgraded to the iPod. On my e28, the factory stereo was already out, and not nearly as good as that on the e34, or I would have tried to go a similar route. And now, you have ipod functionality. Excellent work, and thanks for sharing.

Do you have the year of your car handy, and the type of factory radio you have (Pioneer or Alpine)? I am asking because I may want to do the same thing with my 740, and as you know the e32 and e34 are extremely similar in terms of wiring. Thanks!
