Pull down the centre arm rest and then pull the leather cover off of the back (it is 'Velcro-ed' at the top). If you have an opening in the metal cover here you can retrofit the ski bag from another Saloon. Go to a breaker and find another Saloon with the ski bag and remove all the bits associated with the bag.
If the arm rest has a metal 'blank and no opening you will also need the complete armrest from the donor car or at the very least the arm rest support with the opening.
You need part 8 here if you have part 9.
There isn't much to it... a hinged cover and an integral sleave and vinyl boot fit in place of the metal cover and the rear trunk cover. On the insied of the car you only need the pass-through section of the back of the arm rest.

If you do not have the drop-down centre arm rest it will be a tad more difficult as you will also have to replace the rear seat back.

Ski bag itself is just one complete piece.

Pass through in open position.

I don't know the same things that you don't know.
