Sounds like you are going thru exactly as i did when I bought an 89/90 525i. It vibrated all over the place. Checked for all possible causes as you have done without any success.

After going from one tyre place to another, nobody could find the problem, even after being conned into buying more expensive tyres.

Tried going to a different tyre place again, the mechanic on duty at the time pointed out that I had missing "wheel hub rings". They go in the centre of the inside wheel.

At $10.00 each I was more than happy to pay which did fix the problem.
