Try unplugging the TV module, and then reconnect the blue plug from the TV module into your MKIV nav computer. The nav computer and tv module are connected in-line with one another, with the TV module between the nav and the screen. So, it is possible that the TV module has an issue and the video signal is not making it out/through from the nav computer.

The blue plug in the TV module is the direct line to the screen. If you connect the nav computer to that plug, it should work. Or, you may have a wiring problem.
