Hi all. I have a very clean 91 M5 with several tastful modifications/updates that I am looking to trade+ cash for an E46 M3. I am located in FL so am somewhat limited in geography to looking at cars on the East coast/Southwest. Attached is a descripton of my car along with some pics.I would put a real world value of 15K on my car, and would ask you to do the same when evaluating your car. I would welcome a PPI on my car, and would appreciate the same honesty regarding yours. As far as critera on the E46 M3, I would like a coupe with a 6 speed, and no grey interior, unless of course that grey interior is attached to a LSB exterior. Oil changed between factory intervls is a HUGE plus on your end, as I can do***ent it on mine. I would ideally be looking at 2001-2003 cars due to the cost factor, but if you have something outside these parameters that is a desperate deal, feel free to give it a shot. Immediate funds are available for the right transaction. I am a BMW CCA member, attended O'fest this year and have had a few BMW's over the course of my membership (5 of which have been M cars). My M5 is fully sorted and has been properly maintained over the course of its life. I would expect a similar history on the M3. Please let me know what is available. Thanks,
A

Jet Black/Dark Grey interior.
Florida car-no rust.
112k miles. Strong runner, very well maintained, Redline oil every 3k miles. Car was never abused-always warmed up before driving above 3k RPM.
Car has rear bucket seats option. All seats are like new - drivers seat left bolster shows a little wear. Never smoked in.
New waterpump and all hoses recently - even PS hoses - (preventative maintenance).
I'm the 3rd owner. Owner #2 had the car for 10 years and was also a CCA member like myself -1st owner was a doctor who never had it above 4,000 RPM).
Mods:
Engine completely stock except for Conforti chip.
Bilstein/Eibach Sport shocks and springs (self leveling eliminated), Racing Dynamics F and R Swaybars and Strut tower brace,Dinan Camber Plates.
B&B TriFlo exhaust system with RD SS Euro resonators (very rare part), (have cat available), DTM tips - the sound is very aggressive this way. I also have the OEM cat back to dial it back if it does not suit your taste.

Blackout kidneys and eyebrows (removable), Factory Shadowline window trim,
OEM Hella Euro "smileys" with HID conversion
Momo Competition Steering wheel (have original with airbag), M Tech Kopi mirrors (have originals), Autosolutions short shift kit, Alloy pedal set, BBS CH 19" x 8.5" and 19" x 10" Wheels - like new (painted gunmetal) with Toyo T1S 275/30/19 and 245/35/19 tires - like new.
Euro Clear taillights (smoked) and turnsignals,Euro Bumper Trim.
Fresh front suspension components (tie rods, control arms, bushings, end links, drag link) Nice and tight
134a AC conversion with new compressor.
High end aftermarket sound system with i-Pod input
Recent valve adjustment with M3 chain tensioner.
Recent guibo
New plugs/cap/rotor
All fluids and filters up to date

Some spares go with car - also have a set of original factory 17" x 8" Throwing Star wheels with good tires.
Have a box full of records since new.
