The coding needs to get fixed, but that is not the core problem you are dealing with. Coding will only fix the DSP shutoff after 30 seconds.

Since you fixed the major DSP problem by splicing over the I-Bus wire, that proved that you have a wiring problem. The fact that your radio and tape audio are not working further points to a general wiring problem. The DSP gets the audio feed directly frome the CD changer, but everything else comes through the radio. So, the audio wires between the radio and the DSP amp are also non-functional.

Retrace your steps when you were doing your wiring clean-up work. Is there any chance that you switched DSP amp plugs or un-did some of those wires?
