Here are the pinouts for the DSP amp. The probably is probably not the fuse. The DSP amp is on the same fuses as the rest of the nav and A/V components, so if those appear to function, the fuses are probably good.

The power and ground are on the big 15-pin plug. I would put a multi-tester on those to confirm +12 volts. The I-Bus connection is on medium-sided the 18-pin plug.
