As the handsfree laws start coming, I'm thinking more and more about a Bluetooth kit from Martin. But the only way I would do it is if I could find a phone that does 3 things:

1) works with all the bluetooth functionality - message waiting indicator, SMS messages on the nav screen and/or insturment cluster, automatic phonebook transfer, maybe something cool I don't even know about, etc...

2) has a snap in adapter - got to use that external antenna, loss of range v. old school mounted in the car phones is my single biggest complaint.

3) Is either avaialbe through Cingular or is avail unlocked and will work on the Cingular network
