Here is a link to the latest accessory for the previous body style BMWs. It is a really cool device that allows you to fully control Alpine accessories in your BMW. Basically it translates the Alpine AI-NET to BMW Ibus and allows you to use your BMW controls to fully operate the Alpine Accessories. One of the most popular uses is for Ipod.

The Intravee II replaces the BMW I-bus cd changer and can work in BMWs built prior to 2002 with DSP in one of two ways.

1) Using a Dice A-DSP module to convert the SPDIF coax CD connector to the 6 pin Audio connector

2)Upgrade the radio to the new version BM53

The module also works with the BMW Sirius receiver.

One of the great features of this module is that you can plug in multiple Alpine accessories into your car, such as ipod, hd radio and MP3 cd changer and have them all work together using your nav or no nav equipped BMW

This product is only for the older body style BMWs and does not support the fiber optics of the new style BMWs such as E90, E60, E65 ect
