It does sound like a fault with the LCM. Since more than one lamp is affected then I doubt it is a power chip transistor since there is a seperate one for every individual lamp.

If the headlights and tail lights are on all the time the ignition is on then the unit has gone into "default" operational mode because the logic has failed.

If that is the case then you need a new unit - a used one may be made to work but it has to be the correct verions for your car and it also has to be "recoded" by a dealer to work with your specific car (VIN number has to be correct).
