I had to replace my rear window. It turned out to be a costly problem. Seems the zipper along the bottom of the window, which is attached to the top rotted. When the mechanic started to zip in the new window the zipper ripped out of the top. I needed a new top.

But, there are products that will polish the plastic window. I think "Mothers" has a product. It is a two step process with a cleaner/polishing compound, and second is a wax. It will not take out any discoloration, just scratches and surface goo.
