Well, here's my $.02 worth... Hiya all! I just found this forum a few days ago. While a do peruse a few other forums as well I seem to ground myself to the more E-21 specific sites. I live in Minneapolis but as my name hints I am from Seattle. These pics were provided on Ebay when I bought the car last year. She's a 1978 320is in Sierra Beige. First frigid winter last year destroyed my driver Recaro. (I'm totally devastated) as they were in excellent shape. Currently she's patiently awaiting a rebuilt or rebuildable head. My long-term plan is a total restore. While I've gotten really attached to the color I'm leaning towards another custom color a saw some time ago on a beautiful E21 in the Pacific Northwest called "calypso red". (Breathtaking!!) Got winter wheels on her now for the winter that came off an '83 320i that died but saved my wifes life in the process.(Gotta love impact absortion of these little cars!) The wheels are genuine 15" Panasports which I plan on restoring as they are just starting to show some slight peeling. Got lots of plans in the back of my brain and by the next planetary alignment I should have her pretty well underway.

Hope more of you E-21'ers come out of the closet and post so we can learn and help each other....
