Average 'buying' price of '04-'05 E65

I am planning on buying my second E65 (first one was a company car I picked in March of '04 but had to return less than a year later).

I am seeing values for '04 with various options (19" wheels, Premium sound are must haves) ranging in the low $40K's. My original paper work for my '04 lease had a residual of $42K, the MSRP was $74K.

Are these prices holding up or are they dropping due to new body style release, etc?

What prices are you guys seeing?
