the builder mentioned 28k? I don't know how true that is but it is 20 x 30' with a 14' roll up door and walk in door. the inside is not finished, just stud walls and power. It has vents up top on front and back. I am not sure it I will insulate, I have a couple of heaters, one is propane, the other electric, no water or gas. I may just insulate the roof for now.
I would like a lift, but I have 24' maxum cruiser which, without a lift will fit in the building, but I keep her slipped in season and caved in winter, so not much call for putting her inside, except for spring and fall maintenance. I will most likely get a lift at some point, but not sure where I want to put it inside the building, front, back or side of the shop. I would like to be able to do other things in there, besides lift my E38 and other cars.
