The 318's have some small differences, like that they only have disc brakes on the front. The rear are drums. The 325's have four wheel discs, and rear drums only for the E brake. If that is different then it would follow that some other suspension parts are different. I have noticed that the auto tranny is the same however, but I havent seen a 318 with a manual myself. I know they exist, but I just haven't seen it.
