Right now my house is about 3.5x my garage, so something is obviously very wrong...

What I have now is big for my neighborhood, but I have put my wife on notice that the garage will be 1/4 of the budget if we ever build. Not sure yet if that 1/4 cost will be just the structure or will include machine tools and the couple of additional lifts ;).
