Re: 1996 328I convertible roof problems

I have recently purchased this 96 converible. When I go to put the top downn, I have to get out and push the back that has started to raise. The rear deck gets jammed raising because it is hitting the rear window bracket that has not gone foward enough. My mechanic has made some adjustment to no avail., also tryed resetting.
