Home Depot sells a similar floor coating system from Rustoleum that looks good and costs less than half. With the wide range in prices for floor coating systems, how is one to tell the difference between them?

I'd like to do something to dress up my garage floor, but I need it to be durable and not flake off or look cheap in 3-4 years.
