I've seen a few sealant treatments on the Internet that are in your neighbor's price range - seems much too expensive.s I think you mentioned U-Coat in an earlier posting, and their heavy duty application runs that much. But seeing the wide price variation among concrete sealants makes me wonder if the less expensive, self-applied sealers will cover well and last. I don't anticipate giving my garage the kind of heavy abuse a regular gas station service bay gets, but I don't want it to bubble off or chip prematurely. That ends up looking worse than unsealed, oil-stained concrete.
