Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager
Open the Synchronize icon
Click the Configuration tab
Click Configure Sync
Select Address Book and click Choose
Select ASCII Importer/Exporter
...the rest is somewhat intuitive...

Alternatively, you could just sync to Outlook and then review your phone numbers there. That might be easier, because Outlook naturally connects to the Blackberry, and it is easy to scan numbers in bulk.
