if its under braking, then it could be a warped rotor.

also, what condition are your tires in? If they are wearing unevenly for whatever reason, obviously that car will have a little shake just because they tires are prefectly round. I just had new tires put on my car, and they found i had lost some centering rings for 3 of the 4 wheels, got new centering rings and tires and holy crap the car is great!
